We do not expect you to know everything from your first day. Training and ongoing support will be provided. Your attitude, willingness to learn, and motivation to develop are more important to us than having several years of experience in every area. ## We are looking for someone who * Is curious, learns quickly, and wants to understand how a business develops. * Can work independently while also cooperating effectively with others. * Communicates clearly and is comfortable contacting new people. * Has confident Hungarian communication skills. * Has basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or similar digital tools. English language skills and previous experience in business, marketing, sales, or customer service are considered an advantage but are not essential.

We are looking for a motivated and fast-learning Business Development to support and work closely with Marketing manager who responsible for the marketing and development of these companies.
This position is also suitable for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to learn, develop new skills, and gradually take on more responsibility.
Main responsibilities
* Support the business development of PiacPoint and Munkavonal.
* Identify and approach potential clients and business partners.
* Communicate with interested companies, customers, and partners.
* Contribute ideas for improving and growing the platforms.
